Hi George,

Thanks for your taking the time to leave a comment.

This is a question best sent to Great Taste No Pain, as they know exactly what you would need to do for Diverticulitis. You can contact the company from this form.

My non professional view is that it should still be able to help, if you read the book fully and then make sure that you select the right foods when deciding what you will be eating.

I also think that when you start to see results, you should have less flare ups of your Diverticulitis, and therefore less time dealing with the effects, so you might find that you do have time to cook a meal from time to time. :-)

I'd love to read how things worked out, so do come back and let us know.

Sam

Hi Sue,

Have you read the free report they offer, 'Pain-Free In 1 Day'?
This book is not a recipe book, it's an educational book, that explains the "why" and the "how" of using the information.
It's also a lifestyle book, as changing your lifestyle is needed when you have to learn to eat what's best for you.

They offer a money back guarantee, so you can't loose, and once you understand the way this works, you can research more recipes.

I am 62 and live in England. I think it would be better if some of these recipes were made readily available free. After all there are already a lot of recipes online for people with food preferences. I my myself would gladly purchase a good recipe book if I could try some of the recipes first and they worked. I would be first in line for this book.
Sincerely Sue

Yes, it does work. I started the program 1 1/2 years ago and have lost 32 pounds. Although I needed to lose weight, I didn't begin the program for weight loss, but for stomach issues. I have for many years enjoyed cooking and eating.

Although it is an adjustment at first to think "food combining", in time it becomes part of life. I have nothing but good to say about this program--no more acid reflux medication, more energy (don't have the shut down times during the day especially 1 1/2 hours after meals) , regular and easy bowel movements, and fewer dark circles under my eyes. I am also amazed that I have been able to let go of my love for and craving of unhealthy foods. That is one of the greatest freedoms I have felt.

Hi - I'm curious mainly about everyone's weight loss - does it really work for weight loss too? I'm looking to drop over 100 pounds and this sounds great, but in the long run, has anyone lost a lot of weight on this food combining stuff?

Hi Nicole,

With the mixture of Chronh's and deep ulcers, what you eat is a major issue, as you know only too well :-)

The best advice I can give, is to read the free report and give your doctor the info, before you try it.
If your doctor says that the foods involved won't aggravate the problem, only then would I give it a try.

I'd love to read about the outcome of this, as I have a friend with chronic Chronh's disease, so do please come back and let us know.

Hi Sam,
yesterday was the worst day of my entire life. diagnosed with CRONH'S MODERATE COLITIS AND DEEP ULCERS after 2 and 1/2 months of diarrhea. Can GTNP really help me? Because these diseases are most of the time devastating for the majority of us I don't understand why we don't hear of GTNP more often.
Thank you.

Hi Candee,

Thanks for dropping by.

I have been having partial long term success with this plan, as I have some complications.
I have a digestive medical issue that is being investigated at the moment that I need some extra help with, which is inside the stomach.
So the heartburn is gone, but I still have pain related to this medical issue.

If I didn't have this medical issue, I would be pain free.

To keep my pain away, I also need to use Digest Assist and keep the the Acid Free Flux nearby after heavy meals.

It can be difficult to maintain the plan, but I found that if I focus on all the foods I can eat, not what I can't eat, it's far easier ... and you can breakout from time to time if you really need to eat a certain food. :-)

Sam
