Hi Alissa,

I can't answer your question, as I've no experience of ulcerative colitis ...
but I know from my own experience that I will try anything.

Here's a suggestion, but the eBook and immediately set a reminder for 25 days in the future ... then read the eBook, do what they suggest and if there is no improvement in 25 days, get your refund.

I have had ulcerative colitis for 8 years, high blood pressure for 12 years, depression for 20 years. Now I have chronic fatigue and lack of focus. I've tried many things and I've spent thousands of dollars on alterative care, medical care, and homeopathic solutions, and I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm not out of work, and in the middle of an ulcerative colitis flare. How does this Great Taste, No Pain option work with all my ailments. Can someone please advise? I now have very little money to spend, so I want to spend it wisely.

Thanks Alissa

After a bout with diverticulitis that sent me to the ER for a day, confusion over what I could eat to prevent another attack and possible surgery, I found the Great Taste No Pain site. I tried the free four day trial guide and then ordered the recipe book, which included 4 downloadable files. I think it is a bargain. I have been using the guide and recipe book for almost 3 months and it has been a benefit for me. I have no more bloating, gas, and frequent bowel movements. My stomach is calm. I have lost about 17 pounds, down two sizes in pants. I am making the guide a way of life and hope that I can keep it up. I am still learning; don't always follow it perfectly, but try to do it most of the time. I say, give it a try. I do not want repeat attacks and surgery. It is well worth the $50.

Hi Everyone. I'm a promoter of non-traditional medical philosophies because in my 28 years, I've been having stomach issues since I was 6, and I've received the most relief from my Chiropractor, naturopaths, and yoga instructor. Just this year, I've spent well over $50 on visits to the doc, tests, and meds. It's frustrating to think I'm looking at a life of this. I'm curious as to why we're willing to spend $50 on the chance a pill is going to work, but won't spend $50 on the chance a diet is going to work. Your body can only use what you feed it, so of course what we eat impacts our health. I'm hesitant to try things because of the possibility of scams. It is difficult to educate yourself and depart from the media and culture that is all around you. You have to trust your instincts and I doubt mine all of the time. Also, if you are like me and trying to figure out if something is legitimate, you usually see the same posts on every blog site. I've seen the summary of the program as above on another website and it was exactly the same. However, just today, I got the 4-day booklet delivered to my e-mail. Free. With the 4-day plan, there are options every day. So, there are 4 days worth of meal and snack plans, every meal has at least 2 options, which really means you have more than 4 days to try it and see if it works. In my experience, that's a pretty positive indication that the people who put this program together have the best of intentions in helping you get some relief. So, if you still can, get the free book. Then, PLEASE, PLEASE, for the sake of everyone else having issues, post your experience with that free plan. It's important for us to share our experiences to help those that have a hard time believing it if they don't see it on TV. And, if you like it and it starts helping you feel better, order the rest of the program. You will pay less in the long run because you'll at least spend less time in the doc's office. Buy it because it's just polite to support the people who care about you enough to share their knowledge. You pay your doctor, think about where that has gotten you. Check back for my experiences in a few weeks.

Hi Dianne,

Thanks for commenting.

You are able to get the 4 day trial booklet free first, just put your name and e-mail address in the small form and it's e-mailed to you, I just tested it again to be sure. :-)

Yes, nearly $50 IS a lot of money to try something that may or may not work, but there is a 3 MONTH MONEY BACK SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

It says;
If, in 3 months from the time you place your order, you don't absolutely love how terrific you feel and how wonderful your food has been, I will immediately refund your small investment, no questions asked.

So there is no risk. If they were being asked for refunds and didn't give them, Paypal would close their account.

I can tell you that $49.97 to get rid of heartburn for good is well worth it, especially with all the bonuses :-) and if it doesn't work for you, you can get it back ;-)

I have been reading on The Great Taste No Pain website and find it very interesting. I thought from the advertiseing that I would be able to get the 4 day trial booklet free first, then order the balance...., I didn't find that to be true. I thought the amount, nearly $50 to be a lot of money to try something that may or may not work, dispite all of the feedback posted. So many of us have "little" money to work with to begin with. It's a shame that those who really need help and are willing to seek out to find alternative help, gets tied up in possible scams. I don't doubt that Sherry Brestin is correct in all the research that she has done, but does she not have a program for those less fortunate finacially?

I've tried this plan for the last 4 days and have not taken any of my acid reflux meds and have felt no acid reflux or heartburn. I feel wonderful, sleep better, with more energy and the best part, no acid reflux. This is an amazing theory of food combining. I'm going to order the complete plan now, I'm so excited, I haven't felt this good in 4 yrs.

My Grandma used to get terrible heartburn. When I stayed with her ( which was often ), I would hear her burping for hours through the night. We used to laugh at her because it sounded so funny, but I'm sure it was very uncomfortable
