Hi Akiko,

While I have read that people do loose weight, I can't say this for definite, so let's see if anyone can contribute with an answer. :-)

Hi - I'm curious mainly about everyone's weight loss - does it really work for weight loss too? I'm looking to drop over 100 pounds and this sounds great, but in the long run, has anyone lost a lot of weight on this food combining stuff?

Hi Nicole,

With the mixture of Chronh's and deep ulcers, what you eat is a major issue, as you know only too well :-)

The best advice I can give, is to read the free report and give your doctor the info, before you try it.
If your doctor says that the foods involved won't aggravate the problem, only then would I give it a try.

I'd love to read about the outcome of this, as I have a friend with chronic Chronh's disease, so do please come back and let us know.

Hi Sam,
yesterday was the worst day of my entire life. diagnosed with CRONH'S MODERATE COLITIS AND DEEP ULCERS after 2 and 1/2 months of diarrhea. Can GTNP really help me? Because these diseases are most of the time devastating for the majority of us I don't understand why we don't hear of GTNP more often.
Thank you.

Hi Candee,

Thanks for dropping by.

I have been having <em>partial</em> long term success with this plan, as I have some complications.
I have a digestive medical issue that is being investigated at the moment that I need some extra help with, which is inside the stomach.
So the heartburn is gone, but I still have pain related to this medical issue.

If I didn't have this medical issue, I would be pain free.

To keep my pain away, I also need to use <a href="http://www.nativeremedies.com/gastronicdr-digestassist-digestive-disorders.shtml?kbid=12199&img=digestassist-120x90.gif" rel="nofollow">Digest Assist</a> and keep the the <a href="http://www.nativeremedies.com/products/acidfreeflux-acid-indigestion-heartburn-remedy.html?kbid=12199&img=NR-120x90-2_Acid-Free-Flux.gif" rel="nofollow">Acid Free Flux</a> nearby after heavy meals.

It can be difficult to maintain the plan, but I found that if I focus on all the foods I can eat, not what I can't eat, it's far easier ... and you can breakout from time to time if you really <em>need</em> to eat a certain food. :-)

Sam

Hi, Sam.

I'm curious to hear about anyone's long term success with this plan. Or is it a case of it's easy to start, but hard to maintain.

I noticed that you are also endorsing the Acid Free Flux as recently as April 2009 (Pain Free in 1 Day method was given rave reviews in August 2008). Does that mean that your experience on the plan has changed over time?

Thank you for your input.

Hi Sabrina,

Thanks for taking the time to comment.

My reply is almost the same as my reply to Mel above.

Have you tested the “<a href="http://www.greattastenopain.com/cmdt.asp?id=829572&t=370480" rel="nofollow">Pain Free In 1 Day</a>” information, to see if it helps?
If it does, then you can decide to pay for the full information, which has actually come down in price, it's $39.97 now :-)

With regard to being gluten, dairy and soy free, use the contact information on the web site, and ask them the question directly, I'm sure you will get the info you need.

I have a question about this system: my former roommate has been on this for a couple of weeks and feels great--she recommended it to me because I have undiagnosed digestive issues. I am afraid to drop $50 on a system I haven't yet previewed, and the reason I am afraid is because I am gluten, dairy and soy free, and I don't want to order it only to find out that it is not gluten/dairy/soy-free-friendly.

Can you speak at all to the actual food contents? I don't have time to figure out substitutes on my own--if I am going to pay a lot of money for a system, I would rather have it all written out for me. Thanks!

Hi Mel,

Firstly, I do hope you are feeling a little better, having to eat nothing but liquids for 3 months and have severe heartburn pain, I can empatise with you a little, but you are having a far worse time than I did.

Secondly, I can't give medical or legal advice, so I can't help you, but I can point you in the right direction.

My own personal research on GTNP's author, Sherry Brescia, has turned up that yes, she is really a natural health researcher.

While she does not seem to have any qualifications, her results and the results from everyone that has contact me after using the information has been 100% positive.

Yes, GTNP has been written for regular meat eating folks, :-) , but I don't see any reason why it could not be adjusted.
Have you tested the "Pain Free In 1 Day" information, to see if it helps?

There is plenty of contact information on the web site, so I would recommend asking them the question about if digestion of soy protein generate the same acidic enyzimes as the digestion of regular meat products.

Sorry I could not be of more help and please do keep us informed.

I just got out of hospital after 4 procedures, and three weeks of nightmare, I am back home to figure out how to recover.

I have tons of medication, Protonix for Proton Pump Inhibition, heavy duty pain killers.

I have chronic acid pain, a few instances of acid reflux attacks, chronic constipation. I have just had my gall blader removed and lots of procedures to mend the holes that surgery had put into my bile ducts. Mending the holes, draining the bile.

Did anyone research GTNP's author, Sherry Brescia, credentials? Is she really a natural health researcher? Is she qualified to make the claims she does, as logical as they sound?

Well, that was my skepticism talking. I have a bigger problem. I have been a vegetarian for the past 5 years, it had not helped with my acid pain. I get my protein from soy products. GTNP seems to have been written for regular meat eating folks, correct?

Would digestion of soy protein generate the same
acidic enyzimes as the digestion of regular meat products? Could a balance be striked?
